WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment is accepted through direct debit using Stripe, PayPal, bank transfers from bank to bank, and Afterpay.
Afterpay is a convenient buy now, pay later option allowing you to split your payment into 4 easy instalments. Please note that Afterpay is available only in New Zealand and requires the user to be 18 years or older. Payment is required before shipment.
WHERE DOES FAYE AROMATHERAPY SHIP TO?
We offer international and New Zealand-wide shipping, covering both rural and urban areas. Please note that shipping costs may differ for rural regions and depending on the destination country.

It's important for customers to be aware of import restrictions in their country.
Faye Aromatherapy cannot refund or replace orders if the package is refused or destroyed due to import regulations, including shipments to embargoed nations such as Iran, Cuba, and Syria. If you need certain products adjusted for shipment, please mention this in the order comments.
HOW LONG BEFORE AN ORDER CAN BE FULFILLED?
We strive to process orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days. International orders may take a minimum of 4 weeks for delivery.
HOW DOES THE REFILL OFFER WORK?
We are proud to offer refillable products at a low cost to promote sustainability. You can order the refill option directly from our website through the refill and accessories page to replenish your beloved items. Please note that shipping costs are not included.
